This is a very affordable solution providing top quality satellite TV service to an entire property.

GM Industries provides MDU (Multiple Dwelling Unit) installation and engineering solutions. Designed to compete directly against standard cable & mini dish TV systems, our MDU systems provide tenants, commercial buildings, property management companies, hotels and resorts an affordable long-term solution.

Programming services are distributed via one centrally located dish array.

Property owners are responsible for
-Hardware and installation costs upfront. (Starting at $40,000)
-Monthly programming fees. ($8.00- 25.00/unit with premiums) Choose from over 250 channels!

System requirements
-Programming service must be distributed to 100% of property.
-Same programming, all tenants (NO PPV)
-Programming fees cannot be marked up, amount charged must equal amount billed.
-Installation, management, or administrative fees may be charged.

Head end
-Rack system.
-Digital satellite receiver and video modulator required for every channel.

Estimated retail head-end system cost averages between  $1000-$1500 per channel.
Includes: Site survey, system design/engineering and installation.
