Daily Safety Planner
Purpose
- This procedure is designed to provide
instructions and to assign responsibilities for Daily Safety control.
Scope
- This procedure applies to GM Industries,
Inc. (Hereafter as referred to GM Industries), our subcontractors,
and their employees.

Safety Policy
- Safety precedes all activities
- It shall be a duty for each person to create the safety environment.
Responsibilities and Authority
- GM Site Manager Project Manager, or Service
Manager will be on-site all times during any work related activities.
- Will take responsibilities for the safety of all the activities
and promote the safety consciousness among all Workers, Supplied Workers
and subcontractors at every stage of the work.
- Specifically he/she shall
- Adjust and/o coordinate construction work in the safest
manner based on the detailed Contractor's work schedule.
- Approve all the reports prepared by Safety Supervisor.
- Attend the Safety related meeting
- Will participate in all the activities organized by
Contractor, e.g. safety meeting, safety training & safety promotion,
etc.
- Will arrange all the Workers to attend all safety orientation
courses required by the local regulations and law.
- Will Conduct Daily Safety Meeting with all essential
employees.
- Will Inform Workers of potential hazards and necessary
precautions and or immediate remedy action.
- Enhances the safety awareness of Workers
- Inspects the construction areas daily as often
as possible and take the appropriate action and prepare Contractor
designated inspection reports.
- Implements the periodical inspection of tool and equipment.
- Prepares all the safety reports and safety programs.
Workers, Subcontractors, and Supplied workers then shall:
- Follow all the safety instructions of GM Site Manager Project
Manager, or Service Manager

Have the safety consciousness at all times.
- Act, move and work safety at all time.
