You may return most items sold by GM Industries within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. All merchandise, must be returned in the original packaging with all materials.


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact or Customer Service Department for quick issue resolution.

Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.

Mail-In Returns

All mail in returns must be pre authorized by GM Industries prior to our receipt. Please contact our Customer Service Department we will be happy to assist you. Shipping cost will be refunded only if the product was damaged during delivery or if the wrong item was shipped.

Delivery Time

Once you've placed your order with us, you will be able to see all shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail that will be sent to you immediately after your order has been processed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs for orders from GM Industries Inc. depend upon the methods and options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and or size-based. The weight and size of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Special Item Handling

The shipping charges for overweight and oversized items are provided on their product detail pages or will be calculated for you at the last step of the purchase process once you send us your order. Once your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the shipper to arrange a specific time for delivery.
GM Industries is limited by manufacturer and warranty restrictions, and is unable to ship some products to all global locations.
